SAZETAK: Ovaj rad istrazuje vaznost interkulturalne kompetencije turistiökih vodiCa u Velikoj Britaniji na naCin kako ih dozivljavaju turisti iz Kine; rad takoder procjenjuje koliko kvalitetno turistiCki vodiöi obavljanju svoj posao. Sangaj, Peking i Gvangzu su zemljopisno glavni emitivni centri kineskih turista; istrazivanje putem anketnih upitnika u medunarodnim zraCnim lukama spomenuta tri grada rezultiralo je sa 462 uporabljiva upitnika. Zakljuöak daje uvid u obuku koja je potrebna tudstiCkim vodiCima te daje preporuke za moguée poboljsanje turistiökih iskustava rastuéeg broja kineskih turista na organiziranim turistiökim turama.
